Returns / Size exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you may of course return or exchange it.
Returning items
You may return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanging items
If an item does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size within 14 days. Simply indicate the desired new size when returning the item.
Important notes for returns and exchanges
- Condition of the goods: Please note that we can only accept unworn and clean items in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will have to charge a cleaning fee.
- Return deadline: The period for returns and exchanges is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
- Documents to include: Please include the delivery note with your return. When exchanging, note the desired new size.
- Defective or damaged items: If a product has defects or was damaged during transport, please contact us immediately.
- Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by you. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.
